Famous Dex Hospitalized Ex-Girlfriend, Graphic Photos Revealed In GoFundMe Campaign
Famous Dex's ex-girlfriend reveals brutal injuries from assault, including black eye and hospitalization requiring emergency medical care.
Famous Dex left his ex-girlfriend Pam Rodriguez hospitalized with injuries so severe that emergency room doctors had to treat her face, eyes, and neck.
The reality star influencer is now sharing graphic photos of the damage, and the details paint a picture of violence that goes way beyond a typical domestic dispute.
Rodriguez claims the rapper choked her, punched her repeatedly in the face, and even threw her phone at her arm during the assault that landed her in the hospital.
“After spending less than two weeks around him, what began as love bombing escalated into violence. I was choked and punched, my phone was damaged, and I suffered injuries including a black eye, busted lip, injury around my eye, bruising, neck pain, and a concussion. These injuries required emergency medical attention and continued care from eye specialists,” she revealed.

The incident happened in Las Vegas, where both Dex and Pam were living at the time. They’d only been dating for a few weeks before things fell apart, but the violence that followed has left lasting consequences for her career and her body.
Rodriguez’s injuries included a black eye so severe it required medical attention from eye specialists, a busted lip, a bloody eye socket, and bruising across her neck and face.
She’s posted close-up photos on her GoFundMe page showing the extent of the damage, and police documented everything with their own photographs while she was hospitalized.
The assault cost Rodriguez more than just physical pain. She lost multiple influencer gigs after the incident, which meant losing income she depended on.
That’s why she launched the GoFundMe to cover medical bills, legal fees, and the money she lost from canceled work.
Pam Rodriguez is known as part of the Rodriguez Twinz with her sister Montanna, and the two have appeared on Druski’s YouTube show, “Coulda Been Love” season 2.
Dex was arrested in Las Vegas on Sunday and booked on domestic battery charges.
This isn’t his first time facing these kinds of allegations. Back in 2021, he was hit with 19 charges stemming from three separate incidents, and two of those cases involved violence against ex-girlfriends.
He was sentenced to 364 days in jail for those charges, which included domestic violence and gun possession.
Police also found a loaded firearm in his car during a traffic stop, adding another layer to his legal troubles.
The pattern of violence allegations spanning years suggests this latest arrest is part of a much bigger problem that keeps repeating itself.
