Here is the text of the message:
“Madam President,
On the occasion of the celebration of your country’s National Day, it is my pleasure to extend to Your Excellency my warmest congratulations, while wishing the friendly people of Moldova continued progress and prosperity.
I also wish to express our full readiness to work towards further developing the cooperative relations between our two countries, in the interest of our two friendly peoples.
