Tory Burch Foundation Webinar Tackles the Invisible Ceiling Holding Founders Back

The Tory Burch Foundation is hosting a free business webinar on Wednesday, October 14, to help women founders identify the hidden habits holding back their growth.

What if the biggest constraint on your growth is a pattern you cannot see? That is the question behind “The Invisible Ceiling,” a free webinar from the Tory Burch Foundation taking place Wednesday, October 14, at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT).

The session is led by Judy Tsuei, a certified coach in neuro-linguistic programming, who will teach founders how to spot and shift the unconscious habits shaping their business decisions.

Inside the Invisible Ceiling Webinar

Most growth advice focuses on strategy, marketing and money. This webinar looks inward. Tsuei will walk through how unconscious patterns influence the way founders lead, decide and take risks, and how to rewire them using neuroscience.

For women in business, that can show up as undercharging, overworking, avoiding the big ask or second-guessing a decision long after it is made. Naming the pattern is the first step to moving past it.

Who Should Attend

The webinar is designed for women founders and small business owners who feel stuck at a plateau, or who know they are ready for the next level but cannot pinpoint what is holding them back. Registration is free through the Tory Burch Foundation.

Tory Burch Fellows Applications Close November 17

The Foundation is also accepting applications for its Tory Burch Fellows Program through November 17. Fellows receive a $2,000 education grant, workshops, coaching and access to a network of executives and investors.
