By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Belize Accounting and Financial Services is looking to add a full time interpreter to its team.
The successful candidate will provide accurate, professional Spanish and English interpretation during live calls, deliver clear, polite and timely customer service, and log client information accurately into CRM systems.
Applicants should have:
C1 level proficiency in both English and Spanish.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service or interpretation experience, which is preferred.
The ability to use CRM software and softphone tools.
Candidates must also pass client specific training and the ISA test.
