Gospel powerhouse Jekalyn Carr had a major night at the 41st Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards in Charlotte, taking home two awards for her latest album, JEKALYN X THE LEGENDS: Traditional Artist of the Year and Traditional Album of the Year.

Carr’s big night extended from the awards stage to the red carpet, where she turned heads in two custom gold looks featuring more than 200,000 gold stones combined. She later took the stage alongside gospel legends Karen Clark Sheard and Yolanda Adams for a powerful medley of her singles “I Will Come Through” and “History (Breakthrough)”.
For her performance, Carr teamed up with designer Erica Moore to create a dazzling Michael Jackson-inspired gold ensemble featuring a structured military-inspired jacket, dramatic sash, flared trousers, and intricate detailing covered in gold stones.

Paired with her commanding stage presence, the shimmering look created a standout moment as Carr shared the stage with Clark Sheard and Adams, bringing together three generations of gospel excellence.
