There is an exciting Italian dry white wine to try this summer and all year long.

Grillo means “cricket” in Italian translation. Italian fairytales refer to Cavallo delle Fate as "fairy horse" since crickets are said to ride fairies on their backs. This is charming and add lore to an already amazing dry assessable white wine.

The exciting nose of a fairy horse is beautiful with sliced green apples, carnations, and lily of the valley. Tastes of mouthwatering acidity, spicy radish, green apple, lemon rind, fresh quince, and ripened pineapple.
