By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): The Belize Coast Guard has a new nursing graduate in its ranks.
Lieutenant Junior Grade Elvis Soliz has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Nursing at the Centro de Estudios Navales en Ciencias de la Salud in Mexico City, graduating on Saturday.
The August Pine Ridge native has steadily built his academic record. He earned his associate’s degree in Biology and Natural Resource Management from Centro Escolar Mexico Junior College in 2022, where he made the Honor Roll.
Now, he brings new healthcare skills to his service with the Coast Guard.
His journey shows what dedication to education and service can achieve, and it is an inspiration to young people in August Pine Ridge and across Belize.
Congratulations to Lt JG Soliz. May his career in service and healthcare bring even greater success.
