Police allege that on September 5, 2026, Leal intentionally and unlawfully caused harm to a woman.

During the arraignment, the Senior Magistrate asked about the relationship between Leal and the complainant. Leal told the court that he did not know the woman, while the prosecutor indicated that the case facts did not specify any relationship between them.

There was no objection to bail, and Leal was granted bail in the sum of $1,000.

As part of his bail conditions, he must remain at least 100 feet away from the woman and is prohibited from contacting her directly, indirectly or through a third party.

Leal met bail and is scheduled to return to court on November 9, 2026.
