Chinye Enurah Is Redefining Atlanta Luxury Real Estate

In Atlanta’s competitive real estate market, Chinye Enurah has distinguished herself through strategy, integrity and service. Ranked among the top 9% of REALTORS® and recognized as a Certified Luxury Collection Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, Enurah brings nearly a decade of experience to buyers, sellers, investors and luxury clients across metro Atlanta. Beyond successful transactions, she is a dedicated advocate for affordable housing, property-owner rights and civic engagement.

In this exclusive SHEEN Magazine interview, Enurah shares the principles behind her success, her perspective on Atlanta’s evolving luxury real estate market and how she is using her influence to help more people experience the power of homeownership.

1.As a top-performing Atlanta REALTOR® and Certified Luxury Collection Specialist, what trends are currently shaping Atlanta’s luxury real estate market, and what should buyers and sellers know before making their next move?

As an Atlanta REALTOR® and Certified Luxury Collection Specialist, I’m seeing a luxury market that is increasingly sophisticated and value-driven. Atlanta’s luxury market extends well beyond Buckhead—it includes communities throughout the metro, from Sandy Springs and Brookhaven to Alpharetta, Roswell, East Cobb, South Fulton and Fayette County.

Today’s luxury buyer is looking beyond price and square footage. They’re evaluating lifestyle, privacy, design, location, amenities and long-term value.

For sellers, strategic pricing and presentation are more important than ever. A beautiful property still has to be positioned correctly for today’s buyer.

My advice is to understand your specific Atlanta submarket, know the numbers and work with a REALTOR® who can provide both local expertise and a broader metropolitan perspective.

2. Your career spans corporate America, higher education and nearly a decade in real estate. How have your leadership and communications expertise helped you become a trusted Atlanta real estate broker and skilled negotiator?

My experience in corporate America, higher education and nearly a decade in Atlanta real estate has taught me how to communicate with diverse audiences, navigate complex situations and stay focused on results.

My communications background helps me understand what clients are really trying to accomplish, while my corporate and organizational experience gives me the discipline to manage the details behind the transaction.

As a broker, I approach negotiation through preparation. I understand the market, study the comparable properties, identify my client’s priorities and develop a strategy around the facts.

My clients aren’t simply hiring me to facilitate a transaction. They’re hiring me for market intelligence, strategy, communication and advocacy.

3. Beyond closing deals, you advocate for affordable housing, property-owner rights and expanded access to homeownership. What changes are needed to make the American dream of owning a home more attainable for underserved communities?

In the Atlanta and the metropolitan areas, affordability looks different depending on where you are, but buyers across the region are facing higher interest rates, insurance costs, property taxes, limited inventory and significant upfront costs.

We need a multifaceted approach: more attainable housing supply, responsible development, greater awareness of down-payment assistance and stronger financial education.

I also believe education is one of the most powerful tools we have. Some people are closer to homeownership than they realize, while existing homeowners may not fully understand how to protect and leverage their greatest asset.

As a REALTOR® and community advocate, I want to help people move beyond simply purchasing a home to becoming informed, sustainable homeowners who have the opportunity to build generational wealth.

4. As a woman excelling in Atlanta real estate while serving on influential civic and industry boards, how are you using your platform to create impact, empower future homeowners and redefine what success looks like in the luxury real estate industry?

Atlanta has given me an incredible platform, and I believe leadership means using that platform to create opportunities for others.

As a woman in Atlanta’s luxury real estate industry, I want my success to represent more than the properties I sell. Through my professional and civic involvement, I advocate for homeownership, property rights and economic opportunity while helping people make smarter real estate decisions.

Representation matters, particularly for women of color who may not have traditionally seen themselves represented in leadership and luxury real estate. As a proud Nigerian-American woman, I understand the significance of seeing someone who looks like you not only at the table, but leading the conversation.

I’ve had the privilege of being mentored by amazing women throughout my career, both in real estate and across other professional fields. Their guidance has been instrumental in my growth, and I hope to inspire and empower others in the same way.

Ultimate LLCly, I define success by the people who are better positioned because I was there, whether that’s a client, a future homeowner or an aspiring professional.

For me, success is achieving professional excellence while creating opportunities for others to rise with you.
