Greetings! We’re excited to share that Baltimore Corps’ Emerging Leaders Fellowship (ELF) application is now OPEN!
For over a decade, Baltimore Corps has been a trusted partner of Baltimore City Government and Mayor Brandon Scott, supporting local talent as they access jobs and launch careers in the public sector.
This is a paid, 12-month opportunity for early-career professionals to build real-world, public service experience in City Agencies.
Right now, we are recruiting for our Fall 2026 HBCU Cohort!
Who it’s for:
Recent HBCU graduates with less than 3 years of full-time work experience who are ready to grow, learn, and work in Baltimore City. Open to any degree!
