Cardi B scored another legal win this week after a Florida judge ruled that blogger Tasha K violated the non-disparagement terms of their bankruptcy-restructured settlement — the latest flare-up in a feud that has stretched across years and courtrooms.
The dispute stems from Cardi’s 2022 defamation victory, which originally carried a $3.9 million judgment. That amount was later reduced to a $1.2 million repayment plan after Tasha K filed for bankruptcy — with a strict clause barring her from publicly discussing Cardi B, Offset, or Stefon Diggs.
According to AllHipHop.com, Cardi’s attorney Lisa Moore argued that Tasha K crossed the line again by making new comments about Offset, including references to alleged gambling issues and a recent Florida casino shooting. On May 6, the judge agreed, finding Tasha K in contempt, ordering her to remove the offending videos, and requiring her to cover attorneys’ fees. The court also reportedly sanctioned her lawyer over “hallucinated citations” in filings.
Moore is now pushing for a reinstatement of the full $3.9 million judgment.
