By Zoila Palma: Following heavy rains, several parts of Southern Belize have reported flooding.
Today, the teams from the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing (MIDH) are out conducting assessments of flooded areas and working with NEMO to assist communities that have been impacted.
This crew is on the Hummingbird Highway removing debris left on the roadway as a result of flooding.
MIDH advises everyone to stay safe and vigilant on our roads.
