MO3’s Mother Gives Emotional Testimony As Murder Trial Opens: “He Was My Baby”
An alleged hitman's trial exposed a murder-for-hire plot in rapper Mo3's 2020 Dallas shooting death on a busy Dallas highway.

An alleged hitman started his trial for the 2020 shooting death of rapper MO3, who was gunned down on Interstate 35E in Dallas in broad daylight.
Kewon White is the first of three men prosecutors say were involved in what they’re calling a murder-for-hire plot.
Jurors heard opening statements yesterday and are expected to hear more testimony today at the Dallas County Courthouse.
Prosecutors claim White chased MO3 down the highway and shot him to death. They say another rapper, Yella Bezy, paid White to carry out the killing.
Witnesses took the stand yesterday, including drivers who watched the shooting unfold on the interstate. Jurors were shown video of a gunman chasing MO3 along the highway during the attack.
MO3’s mother, Nichole Noble, testified about her son’s character.
“He was a family man. He loved his family. He loved his mama. He was little Melvin and Bubba to us. It was never MO3 at home because it wasn’t about rap at home,” the rapper’s mother said.
“He loved to make the family laugh. He was gonna be the clown. He was always our entertainment. We could be having a bad day, and he gonna make it good. And he was…just my baby. He was my baby,” she said.
White has pleaded not guilty to the charges. His trial is expected to last about two weeks.
