New $400M Caribbean Nikki Beach Project Moves Toward Vertical Construction

One of Antigua’s largest resort and residential projects is moving through its foundation phase, bringing a more than $400 million investment on Jolly Beach closer to vertical construction. Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua has completed land clearing and grading, with piling installation now underway, according to an Oct. 13 project update.

Ayre Group is developing the property, which will be operated by Nikki Beach Hospitality Group. The current plan calls for 134 branded residences and 82 hotel rooms, combining a beachfront residential offering with a hotel, wellness facilities and multiple dining venues.
