Uganda Premier League side Kitara has confirmed the signing of the Ghanaian defender, Bonny Christopher.
The development has officially been confirmed today, Monday, July 13, 2026 via the club’s official social media platforms.
“A new force in the Kingdom. Ghanaian Bonny Christopher has officially joined Kitara FC on a 2-year contract,” the statement partly reads.
The defender has put pen to the dotted line after agreeing on a two-year employment contract that will keep him tied up at the Royals’ park until 2028.
Bonny becomes Kitara’s maiden signing in the ongoing transfer window that asks them to improve the squad as they plan to represent Uganda in the CAF Confederation Cup.
To claim the ticket, Kitara won the Uganda Cup after beating SC Villa 2-0 in the game that was played at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.
