CFBC Hosts Taiwan International Youth Ambassadors for Vibrant Cultural Exchange

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS – Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) hosted a delegation from the Taiwan International Youth Ambassadors Exchange Programme on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, fostering international connection and mutual learning among young leaders.

The visiting Taiwanese Youth Ambassadors, in Saint Kitts and Nevis from August 31 to September 3, 2026, engaged directly with CFBC students in an interactive session focused on cultural traditions, shared youth experiences, and cross-cultural dialogue.

In attendance to mark the occasion were Acting Prime Minister the Hon. Dr Geoffrey Hanley, Minister of State the Hon. Isalean Phillip, Resident Ambassador of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to Saint Kitts and Nevis H.E. Edward Ling-Wen Tao, and senior officials from the Ministry of Education.

“This engagement reflects the deep, enduring friendship between Saint Kitts and Nevis and Taiwan,” noted ministry officials. “Creating global platforms for our youth to connect and learn from one another builds lasting international bonds.”

The exchange underscores both nations’ continued commitment to strengthening diplomatic ties through youth leadership development and people-to-people initiatives.
