In reply to S Kruse. Hi Susan, Sorry for my late reply but I found this in my junk folder. Thank you for informing me about your situation. I have been advised to send ATW a letter of complaint. And if they refuse to deal with it it is possible to get an ombudsman to deal with them. I hope this might be of help to you All the best Ivan
