Kristy Sarah On Beauty Non-Negotiables: ‘Quality Over Quantity Has Become Really Important To Me’
We spoke to content creator and entrepreneur Kristy Sarah about embracing a more intentional approach to beauty and body care with her latest partnership.

Kristy Sarah is many things: a mother, an entrepreneur, a creator, and much more. Most of us got acquainted with the beauty through her hilarious pranks, memorable fashion moments, and relatable parenting content. And through it all, intentionality has remained a constant.
Now that she’s entered a new era, intention isn’t only shaping her personal and professional life; it’s also influencing her approach to beauty. So, it makes sense that Vaseline tapped the creator as its newest partner, introducing its new Cherry Aura and Vanilla Comfort collections at the MONSE Spring/Summer 2027 runway show during New York Fashion Week. Naturally, the collections fit perfectly into Kristy’s new mindset.
Quality is now non-negotiable
A quick look through Kristy’s socials shows that pouring into herself has become more important than ever. While she has plenty of products at her disposal, being selective has helped her discover what actually works for her.
“With beauty and body care, I want things that feel good, work well, and that I’m genuinely going to use consistently,” Kristy tells HelloBeautiful exclusively. “Quality over quantity has become really important to me. I love trying new things, obviously, but I also know myself better now, and I know what deserves a permanent spot in my routine.”
Although some people are guilty of paying more attention to skin north of the neckline—Kristy included—the 31-year-old admits that body care has now become much more of a focal point in her routine. She now makes it a point to give her body extra TLC.
“I used to treat body care like an afterthought, and now I really see it as an extension of the same thing,” she says. “I love layering products, keeping my skin really moisturized, and having that healthy glow. It’s also become a little ritual for me. I like taking the extra few minutes to actually care for my skin instead of just putting something on and running out the door.”
Vaseline is the perfect partner for the creator
Like many of us, Vaseline needs no introduction to Kristy’s body-care collection. The Trinidadian beauty grew up with the iconic brand, which became a familiar staple in her family’s routine. That history made the partnership feel like a natural fit.
“I grew up with it, my family used it, and it’s something that has always been around,” she says. “When the opportunity came up, there was already that familiarity and trust there. I’m really intentional about partnerships, especially now, and I want them to make sense with products I would naturally have in my life. This one did.”
The Cherry Aura and Vanilla Comfort collections speak to the intersection of body care and fragrance. The former consists of a hand butter, body lotion, and a whipped body butter, all formulated to deeply nourish the skin. As for Vanilla Comfort, it includes body lotion and a gel oil.
Additionally, the sensorial ranges not only offer decadent scents, but also feature formulas with ultra-hydrating lipids that restore and strengthen the skin barrier. “I love that they make body care feel a little more fun and elevated without losing the hydration piece that I actually need,” Kristy says. “I’m such a sensory person, I love when something smells good, feels good on the skin, and makes the whole routine feel like an experience.”
Depending on the mood, Kristy shares that each collection brings something different to the table. While she says that Cherry Aura veers on the playful and bold side, Vanilla Comfort is all about embracing the cozy feeling.
Bringing body care to NYFW was a no-brainer
Kristy uses fashion as a vehicle to tell a story and showcase various sides of her personality. However, no matter what ensemble you flex during NYFW, your beauty game has to fall in line to serve a look, and Kristy is aligned. “Launching the partnership at MONSE made sense because beauty and fashion are so connected for me,” she says. “The outfit can be incredible, but the skin, hair, makeup…all of those details complete the look.”
That said, sifting through Kristy’s NYFW looks this past season shows her dedication to flaunting hydrated and glowy skin. She shares that it gives “everything that finished feeling.”
The NYFW S/S 2027 chapter is officially closed, but Kristy will continue exploring the beauty and style arena. Experimentation is the name of her game, and her custom red latex balloon dress on the streets of NYC is an indicator that there’s more to come.
“I never want my style or beauty routine to feel like it has to fit into one box,” Kristy says. “Some days I want to be really feminine and glamorous, other days I want to do something unexpected or a little weird and whimsical. I think that’s the fun part of where I am right now.”
