New Winthorpes Students Celebrated for Academic Achievement

   The achievements of the graduating class of New Winthorpes Primary School were celebrated during the school’s annual graduation ceremony, as students, parents, teachers and invited guests gathered to mark an important milestone in the young graduates’ academic journey.

   The ceremony, held on July 9th, recognised students for their hard work, dedication and academic excellence as they prepared to transition to secondary school.

   Among those supporting the event was Sagicor General Insurance Inc., which has partnered with the school for the past five years in recognising the accomplishments of graduating students. Company representatives joined school administrators, teachers, parents and well-wishers in applauding the achievements of the class.

    Assistant Manager for Sagicor General Insurance, Gemma Howell, congratulated the graduates on reaching an important milestone.

   “These students have worked diligently to achieve this success, and we are pleased to celebrate their accomplishments and encourage them as they look ahead to an exciting new chapter, filled with opportunities for continued growth and learning,” Howell said.

     Sagicor General said its continued support of the graduation ceremony reflects its commitment to encouraging academic achievement and investing in education and community development throughout Antigua and Barbuda.

     The company also extended congratulations to the graduating class and wished the students every success as they begin the next stage of their education.
