Residential Children’s Home Manager required to register a home in Amersham urgently.
Ideally, candidate needs to have either managed residential children’s homes, or achieved Ofsted registration prior.
If not, been in a senior role like Deputy manager for the last 2 years.
£60k start plus bonus plan
I also need residential support workers and seniors.
The homes are in Colchester, Amersham, Epping.
Support workers with no experience around £13/hr starting and those who may have Level 3/4 Health and Social care for children and young people , upward to £16/hr However, this will be determined and dependent on their experience, transferable skills and relative considerations.
The manager ideally should have a Level 5 Leadership and Management. If they have experience but not the qualification, this is ok as we will enroll them.
Support and Seniors - Level 3/4 desirable but again not mandatory. Will be enrolled post probation.
The rota is flexible so does not require daily travel but there is possibility of assistance with transport.
