The adventures at Sunseeker Resort Gulf Coast, Curio Collection by Hilton continue with the amazing dining options. I like to eat way more than I like cooking and a delicious meal is everything.

My first stop was dinner at Stretto Italian Chophouse which is next door to Lotus and my king suite. This turned out to be my favorite restaurant, and I ate there twice during my stay.

Fine dining venue with reinvented classics, seafood, steaks, a fantastic wine list, and desserts. I devoured the Chilean sea bass with brown butter, fried artichokes, and Au gratin potatoes. Lovely wine selection red, white, sparkling served by the glass, and full bottles. The piano player took a break and circled the restaurant saying “hello” to everyone.

The Stadium Club Kitchen & Bar has great vibes, I enjoyed a mile high corned beef on marble rye, fries on the side. They offer wine and beer along with plenty of sharables in a family friendly atmosphere. Featuring 60-inch televisions for sports viewing. Offering Americana pub food and many classic items.

Level Blue is an exclusive adult-only rooftop pool experience that overlooks Charlotte Harbor. Specialty cocktails served daily along with a menu offering lighter fare. There are stairs and a small elevator for those with mobility issues. I ate a succulent lobster roll with a yummy dressing and washed it down with a signature cocktail featuring coconut rum and ginger beer.

Harbor Yards Food Hall is the centerpiece of Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast’s culinary experience in the main budling. Home to a delectable range of concepts with indoor and outdoor seating including a fire pit and beer garden. I made it to several restaurants in Harbor Yards, and the culinary experience was amazing!

Daikon Asian Kitchen explores a diverse menu, from wok-tossed noodles and rice dishes to soul-warming ramen. A contemporary fusion of bold tastes and I loved the house lo mein with tender chicken and extra mushrooms. They also offer sushi rolls at amazing prices.

Brick & Daisy, Cocktail & Wine Bar Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast’s take on a traditional lobby bar. With handmade cocktails and a well put together wine list. I had a blast and several glasses of wine. Washington State, France, California. The wine was poured at perfect temperatures, which is extremely important to a wine lover.

A rewarding, luxurious, and relaxing vacation.
