A&B Scout Association Congratulates Cordel   Josiah, OBE

The Antigua and Barbuda Scout Association (ABSA) extends heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Cordel Eden Alexander Josiah, OBE, following his official Investiture Ceremony, during which he was presented with the insignia of Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Governor-General His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams.

Mr. Josiah has dedicated decades of exemplary service to the Scouting Movement and to the people of Antigua and Barbuda. As a former Chairman and now Vice Chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Scout Association, he has provided visionary leadership that has strengthened the governance, growth, and development of Scouting across the nation.

 His unwavering commitment to youth development, community service, and volunteerism has positively influenced generations of young people and Scout Leaders. His steadfast dedication to the values of integrity, service, leadership, and duty continues to exemplify the highest ideals of the Scouting Movement.

The Association recognizes this distinguished honour as a fitting tribute to Mr. Josiah’s outstanding contributions to national development and his lifelong commitment to serving others.
