Uganda Cranes’ international Allan Okello has maintained the rich vein of form for his Tanzanian outfit Young Africans, assisting and scoring goals at free-will.
On Wednesday, 13th May 2026, during the NBC Premier League clash, the 25-year-old fired a first-half brace for Young Africans past Dodoma Jiji.
The brace gave Young Africans a 2-1 lead before a late equalizer made it 2-2.
Fresh off April’s Player of the Month award for one goal and six assists in three games, Okello has five goals and seven assists since joining from Vipers SC in January 2026.
The Lira city-born playmaker, who once topped Uganda’s scoring charts, keeps league leaders Yanga in the title hunt while drawing scout attention ahead of CAF Champions League action.
