Belize Beef Fest & Rodeo 2026 set to bring Livestock, food and family fun to Belmopan

By Zoila Palma:  The Belize Beef Fest & Rodeo 2026 is set to take place on August 15, 2026, at the National Agriculture Showgrounds in Belmopan, bringing together livestock producers, food lovers, families and rodeo enthusiasts for a full day of entertainment and activities.

The event is being organized through a collaboration between the Belize Livestock Producers’ Association (BLPA) and the Wild West Rodeo Club.

Running from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the festival will showcase Belize’s livestock industry while highlighting local food, agriculture and entertainment.

Among the featured activities will be the Belize Beef Fest Grilling Competition, the Belize Livestock Genetics Showcase, and an exhibition highlighting All Things Meat in Belize.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Belizean cuisine and drinks, along with rodeo events for both children and adults.

The BLPA is inviting families from across the country to attend and experience a celebration of Belize’s livestock industry, local cuisine and rodeo culture. Booth spaces are available by calling 672-5275.
