After four years of the Trump MAGA-Cult Administration the constitutional resurrection of the spiritual-moral soul of America will be costly. America’s moral standing and international leadership role have been permanently harmed by Trumpism. For example, the British Government has described President Trump as “a dangerous and corrupt gangster”. What an ungodly shame, because traditionally America’s strength has been her friends and allies. Obviously, the (77) million Americans who voted for President Trump did not count either the spiritual-moral costs nor the socio-economic costs of a Trump Presidency. America there is no easy exit from MAGA-Cult Trumpism, because the redemption of the soul of a nation is extremely costly. President Trump created a devilish and hellish intersection between Power, Money, and Racism. Now, America is on the brink of spiritual/moral collapse. Hence, a nation’s abandonment of justice inevitably leads to internal societal collapse, because justice is a spiritual moral concept. Moreover, God does not pervert justice nor act wickedly and corruptly. Jesus always told individuals to count the costs, and be careful who you walk with, because “can two walk together, except they be agreed?” (Amos 3: 3). Of course, among Trump MAGA-Cult followers’ common sense is not common. If common sense were universally common, Donald J. Trump would not have been eligible for election or re-election as President. Having six business bankruptcies is absolute grounds for disqualification. Therefore, if an individual cannot handle his own money! How can he manage a nation’s money? To be sure, Hiliary R. Clinton was among the most capable qualified individuals to seek the Office of President. Donald J. Trump was the most unqualified, and once again, six bankruptcies are the empirical evidence. Sadly, there is no easy exit from the hellishness created by the Trump-MAGA Cult. Thusly: “nations rise and nations fall, and no nation divided against itself can stand”.
In 2024, America given the empirical evidence of January 6th, 2021, we still had (77) million Americans who did not count the cost of reelecting, Donald J. Trump, to the Office of Presidency. To add insult to injury, President Trump boldly told America that he would seek revenge against his perceived enemies. Hence, America’s moral leadership decline in the world community is disheartening. To add insult to injury, the dysfunctional partisan GOP leadership in both the House and Senate refuse to exercise any oversight check and balance authority accountability over the President’s revenge campaign impulses. Therefore, will someone please tell President Donald J. Trump and his GOP MAGA-Cult that: “Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “VENGEANCE is Mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” (Romans 12: 19). Evil for evil is evil to the nth degree. Forgiveness is always the better course of action, because evil for evil hurts both parties. This is precisely why Jesus Christ always urged individuals to “count the cost”. Sadly, in the Trump Administration, we have far too many individuals in high places with low mentalities and character traits. Character matters! Consequently, traditional GOP conservatism has morphed into craziness. Let’s not forget, life is about individual responsibility and collective accountability.
