The Halo Foundation has reaffirmed its commitment to youth development by providing financial assistance to support a three-day Youth Leadership Camp which was hosted in collaboration with The Salvation Army and held under the theme, “Lead Yourself. Lead Others.”
The Foundation donated towards meals for approximately 30 participants.
The camp was designed to equip the youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become effective leaders within their communities. Through a carefully structured programme, participants explored topics including leadership development, emotional intelligence, conflict management, self-esteem, resilience, and purpose-building.
PRO of the Halo Foundation, Cuthbert Forbes, emphasized the importance of investing in the nation’s youth, noting that empowering young people with strong values and practical leadership skills is essential to building stronger communities and a brighter future.
