Tadej Pogacar has done it again! The Slovenian superstar claimed his third Tour of Flanders despite a relentless challenge from Mathieu van der Poel.
Unlike Remco Evenepoel and Wout van Aert, who faded earlier, Van der Poel stayed with Pogacar almost until the very end.
The two were separated by just six seconds before the final climb up the Vieux Quaremont, but Pogacar broke clear on the Paterberg, sealing his victory with a late surge.
Next up for Pogacar: a new challenge awaits as he aims for his first Paris-Roubaix, set to take place on Sunday, April 12.
