Police have charged two more suspects, including a juvenile, in connection with the January 19 killing of 27-year-old Cresean Biscombe in La Clery, Castries.
Biscombe was shot during an attempted robbery at the supermarket where he worked as a security guard, and a Jamaican national, Javier Cleveland Bailey, was subsequently slapped with a capital murder charge.
Then on Sunday, February 15, 2026, officers attached to the Major Crimes Unit arrested Tafari Calderon, also known as “Agar,” of Wilton’s Yard, Castries. He was formally charged with murder on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, and was remanded to the Bordelais Correctional Facility after appearing before the First District Court.
That same day, February 17, officers arrested another suspect, a male juvenile who was also charged with murder on Friday, February 20, 2026, and was remanded after a court appearance four days later.
