Jordan is a Super Bowl Champion with the Los Angeles Rams (2022), later played with the Atlanta Falcons, and continues to compete professionally at a high level. The same discipline and focus that shaped his football career is now showing up in how he’s building RIVRR. Jordan Fuller, aka RIVRR, has stepped into stepped into music with his new singles, “Alabama,“ and “Tighten Up (Paris)“. What makes this story stand out is that this isn’t an athlete casually stepping into music, it’s someone who has always had music in him, now moving with real intention.

There’s also a deeper layer that makes this authentic. Music has always been part of his foundation, his mother was a backup singer for Luther Vandross. This isn’t a pivot, it’s something rooted in who he is.
“Alabama” feels personal and honest. It’s not trying to prove anything, it introduces a different side of him that reflects identity, balance, and growth beyond what people typically expect from an NFL player.
SHEEN Magazine had the opportunity to ask Jordan Fuller, aka RIVRR a few questions, check out the questions down below.
SHEEN: Tell us more about your journey from athlete to music, what inspired you?
Jordan Fuller: It honestly doesn’t feel like it’s been a transition exactly. It’s more of just me tapping into my interests and who I am more. My mother is a professional vocalist. She has sung with the likes of Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Bruce Springsteen, and so many more. Plus I’ve always been a nerd when it comes to music for all my life. Outside of training and preparing myself for a football season, I’m either playing music, listening to an artist’s interview, or making some music. Creating it is relatively new (I started recording myself 3 years ago), but I feel like it makes sense to do. It feeds my soul in ways a lot of other things can’t. It gives my life balance and meaning. I have a special relationship with it.
SHEEN: What can your listeners expect from these new singles Alabama and Tighten up
Jordan Fuller: They can expect to hear a bunch of dope melodies and cadences from both of them. Alabama is a fun, sexy, and chill vibe. A smooth date night where you’re feeling yourself and the person you’re with. Tighten Up (Paris) has elements of the same. I touch on a few different topics in that one. It’s slightly more hip-hop leaning than Alabama is. Both of them make me feel good when I listen. I’m hoping the songs can do the same for the people who hear it.

SHEEN: You are a Super Bowl Champion of 2022 for the Los Angeles Rams tell us about that moment?
Jordan Fuller: My teammates and me winning the Super Bowl is definitely one of the most memorable moments in my life. Whenever I think about it, I think of the moment we won, of course, but more-so I think about all the memories we shared together through that whole season. The wins, the losses, the laughs, the honest/uncomfortable conversations. I definitely feel like I gained some brothers for life from that experience. You can’t really measure how much of a blessing that is. And then we won a ring on top of it! It’s crazy to think about.
SHEEN: What do you want your fans to know about you as you cross over into new journey?
Jordan Fuller: I want them to know that the person making this music is a human just like them. I’m a person who goes through things just like them. I feel like I’ve experienced dang near every emotion on my journey. I come to the music to make sense of things, or to at least try my best to express them.

I’m not Jordan Fuller, the athlete, when I’m making music. I’m a creative that’s 100% present in the creation of his music. I chose to name him RIVRR. Hopefully, over time, that makes sense to people the way it makes sense to me. It’s been a real growth process getting to the point where I’m ready to share my music with the world. I just feel like these songs can’t just be for my ears only. I want to encourage people to fully be their authentic selves. I have to be my own self first. That’s why I’m here.
SHEEN: How can the fans stay connected ?
