The Word Network to broadcast celebration of life services for Rev. Jesse Jackson

The Word Network announced it will provide live coverage of the celebration of life services for the late civil rights leader the Rev. Jesse Jackson.

The first service will air live Friday, March 6, starting at 10:30 a.m. EST from the House of Hope Church in Chicago. A private homegoing ceremony will also air live starting at 10:30 a.m. EST on Saturday, March 7.

Jackson died Feb. 17 following a battle with progressive supranuclear palsy, a severe neurodegenerative condition.
