Three people have been killed and four injured in a head-on collision at Ndwedwe in KwaZulu-Natal.
Samantha Meyrick from IPSS Medical Rescue says emergency services were called out to the scene of the crash at around five o clock on Saturday afternoon.
She says reports were received of the vehicles colliding at high speed.
