By Breaking Belize News Staff: Breaking Belize News has received reports of a serious traffic accident involving motorcycles on Mahogany Street in Belize City during the early hours of Sunday morning.
Preliminary information indicates that the accident occurred at around 2:00 a.m. and involved at least two motorcycles. Images from the scene show multiple persons on the roadway as bystanders and other individuals gathered nearby.
Initial reports indicate that at least one person may have died, while there are also unconfirmed reports suggesting that two persons were killed in the collision.
The identities of those involved and the circumstances leading to the accident have not yet been confirmed.
