Family, friends and supporters of the Filton 24 gathered outside the Old Bailey on Friday morning as bail hearings took place inside the court, amidst a significant media presence.
Lambeth campaigners also joined activists who had travelled from across the UK and further afield. Among those present was Olax Outis one of three former hunger strikers from the Netherlands who had come to show solidarity.
As updates filtered out during the morning, those waiting outside reacted to news emerging from the court, with cheers, chanting embraces and emotional scenes among supporters.
