18-year-old arrested in connection with rape of two boys

Police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba says the eldest victim alerted his parents who then opened a case.

“Preliminary investigations indicated that both victims share a room with their 18-year-old male cousin, who is the suspect in the matter. The suspect allegedly threatened the victims not to disclose the incidents. The elderly victim later informed his mother, and the incident was immediately reported to the local police. A manhunt was launched, and the suspect was eventually apprehended,” adds Ledwaba.
