ABBOTSFORD Police say their patrol officers are currently on the scene of a serious collision involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Emerson Street and Simon Avenue.
The driver of the vehicle involved has been arrested at the scene. Alcohol is a factor in this collision. The pedestrian has been transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
