The appeal describes the surgery as urgent and says the family needs assistance not only with the medical expenses but also with the additional costs involved in obtaining treatment outside Belize.

Those expenses include international travel, transportation to and from the hospital, accommodation, food for the family and expenses associated with Baby Logan’s recovery.

The family is asking anyone who can contribute to assist, stressing that even small donations can make a difference.

People who cannot donate are encouraged to share Baby Logan’s story with friends, relatives and their communities.

For information on making a donation, including bank account details, the public can contact Natasha Logan at +501 606 9622 via WhatsApp or telephone.

The family is hoping the wider Belizean community will come together to help give Baby Logan the opportunity to receive the medical treatment he urgently needs.
