Government Reforms Licensing to Attract Investment

Maputo (MOZTIMES) – The Mozambican government on Tuesday approved a series of reforms in the regime of industrial licensing and telecommunications, intended to modernise the economy, boost competitiveness and attract foreign and national investment.   

Among these measures are the new Regulations on Licensing Industrial Activity, which makes changes in the legal framework for the sector, notably in digitalisation, the shortening of deadlines, and strengthening legal security.
