MTN Uganda has opened a new service centre in Bwaise, located at Kigabo Mall next to Luqman Petrol Station, as part of efforts to bring its services closer to customers in the community.
The new centre provides a range of services, including SIM registration and swaps, MTN MoMo, data services, eSIM, sales and customer support. The operator said the facility is intended to make access to its services more convenient for residents of Bwaise and surrounding areas.
As part of the opening activities, MTN Uganda staff, NileCom and community leaders participated in a clean-up exercise at Bwaise Market. The company also engaged boda-boda riders through a new campaign focused on affordable connectivity and practical value for riders.
The opening ceremony brought together local leaders, partners, customers and members of the Bwaise community.
MTN Uganda said the expansion forms part of its efforts to strengthen customer access and engagement by establishing a closer presence in the communities it serves.
