*Steve Harvey has adjusted the price of his long-held Georgia residence, lowering the asking figure only months after placing it on the market.
The Sandy Springs property, first listed earlier this year at $5.1 million, is now priced at $4.75 million following a $350,000 reduction, according to Realtor.com. Harvey originally purchased the six-bedroom home in 2010 for $3.38 million and lived there for about a decade before moving to a larger estate. That newer property was acquired from fellow entertainer Tyler Perry in 2020 for $15 million and remains his primary residence.
The recently relisted home is described as a European-inspired estate positioned above the Chattahoochee River. Spanning roughly 17,700 square feet, the gated property features a turret-style exterior and sits on 1.68 acres of landscaped grounds.

“Evoking the ambiance of a secluded European retreat, the home seamlessly blends luxury, nature, and craftsmanship,” the listing states. “From arrival, the stately facade, dramatic architectural lines, and sweeping sight lines create a striking first impression.”
Inside, the residence centers around a double-height great room with large windows offering expansive views of Atlanta. The main level also includes both formal and informal dining spaces, along with a kitchen outfitted with high-end appliances, a large island, and a seating area with a fireplace.
The lower level expands the home’s entertainment options with a private theater, wine cellar, fitness studio, and steam room. A private elevator connects all three floors for convenience.
Design details throughout the house emphasize luxury materials, including custom woodwork, stone accents, and curated lighting. Outdoor amenities include an infinity-edge pool and multiple entertaining areas designed to create a resort-like environment.
That estate has been described as one of Atlanta’s most notable private residences.
