Getting your Trinity Audio player ready… Bravo is refreshing the peach roster. When The Real Housewives of Atlanta returns for its 17th season on April 5, the franchise will introduce two new full-time Housewives with very different résumés but equally loud reputations: Platinum-selling R&B singer and songwriter K. Michelle and Slutty Vegan founder Pinky Cole.
If the casting signals anything, it’s that Bravo wants Season 17 to feel like a reset. Season 16 was viral, (for all the wrong reasons,) so the two new ladies will hopefully shake some things up. K. Michelle arrives with a reality-TV pedigree from Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta and a reputation for shaking the table—literally. The Grammy-nominated singer is entering a new professional and personal chapter, pursuing a long-held dream in country music while balancing marriage, motherhood and the demands of a career pivot that has the music industry watching. In Atlanta, bold opinions travel fast, and her famously unfiltered commentary is sure to make waves among the group.

As founder and CEO of Slutty Vegan, the Atlanta-based plant-based restaurant empire has grown into a multimillion-dollar business with locations across the country. Her storyline will follow the restaurateur as she balances life as a CEO, wife and mother of five while continuing to expand the brand she built.

Former Housewife Cynthia Bailey will also appear throughout the season as a friend of the show.
The upcoming season follows several cast members entering new chapters in their personal and professional lives. Williams appears on the show after finalizing her divorce and exploring dating again, while Parks returns to the group balancing her legal career, motherhood and a busy professional schedule. Sidora continues navigating her acting and music career alongside raising her children.
Elsewhere in the group, Morton Mwangi pursues a new business venture with the launch of her own rum brand while continuing her fertility journey. Oakley focuses on rebuilding friendships while navigating family challenges and ongoing rumors within the group, and Ferrell expands her restaurant business as her eldest daughter prepares to leave for college.
Season 17 will follow the women as friendships shift, new alliances form and longstanding tensions resurface among the group.
