To accommodate a growing number of motorists and replenish the local supply of available license plates, the Traffic Department is officially introducing a new “PC” vehicle registration series, effective immediately.
The addition of the “PC” prefix ensures a seamless vehicle registration process as current number combinations reach capacity.
Key Information for Motorists:
No Action Required for Current Drivers: Existing vehicle registration numbers and license plates remain fully valid and are completely unaffected by this update.
New Registrations: The “PC” series will be issued sequentially to newly registered motor vehicles moving forward.
