An annual summit in its 3rd edition addressing edition systemic health inequalities affecting Black communities in the UK.
Based on 2025 attendance, the event attracts 1,200+ participants including healthcare professionals, policymakers, NHS executives, community organisations, and academic researchers (700+ in-person, 500+ online).

Last year the programme included:
- Keynote addresses from government officials, NHS leadership, and public health directors
- Policy briefings on NHS Race and Health Observatory recommendations and 10-Year Health Plan
- Workshops on community health funding, anti-racism frameworks, and service delivery
- Plenary sessions on health equity legislation and integrated care approaches
Previous speakers include MPs, NHS Race Observatory directors, Public Health England regional directors, and community health leaders. Sponsors have included The National Lottery Community Fund, Impact on Urban Health, Gilead Sciences, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Social Finance, and The University of Greater Manchester.
Event covers: health outcomes data, commissioning strategies, community-centered care models, and implementation of equality duties within NHS frameworks.
