The Cockroach Janta Party founder will be presented before the magistrate court on Saturday.
Dipke’s whereabouts were “still unknown” and that his lawyers had not met him, the campaign’s legal affairs head said.
He was detained when he was on his way to Connaught Place for the campaign’s “Lehra Do Tiranga” demonstration.

Bora, the head of the All India Students’ Association, was detained while participating in a flash protest by the student group near Barakhamba Road to demand the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
