Refine your culinary skills with professionally led, hands-on masterclasses at The Clink Café in Herne Hill, designed to build technique, confidence and restaurant-quality results.
The Clink Café supports young people who may be at risk of entering the justice system through a 12-week introduction to hospitality, helping them build skills, confidence and plan their next steps after completing the course.
They are now opening up this fantastic space for a series of masterclasses led by their Head Chef Trainer, Alasdair McAndrew, who brings more than 30 years of professional chef experience.
These unique experiences are ideal for team-building, company away days, or individuals looking to learn new skills while supporting a good cause at the same time.
Introduction to Bread Making – 13 May 2026 – 6.00pm–8.30pm
Learn the fundamentals of bread making, from crafting a classic white loaf to preparing a variety of rolls. This session focuses on essential techniques to help you achieve reliable, consistent results every time.

The Clink Charity is a national rehabilitation charity that provides training opportunities and support to two groups: people in prison, and young people who may be at risk of offending.
