In a speech delivered on the occasion, the Ambassador and Head of the European Union Delegation to Mauritania, His Excellency Mr Joaquín Tasso Villalonga, emphasised that the partnership between the European Union and Mauritania is developing steadily within the framework of the ‘Global Gateway’ initiative, which represents the European strategy for investment in sustainable and priority infrastructure around the world.
