Maputo (MOZTIMES) – Mozambique has taken a major step toward modernizing its logistics sector after the Maputo Port Development Company (MPGC) signed an agreement with an Indian technology firm, Kale Logistics Solutions, to implement the country's first Port Community System (PCS), a unified digital platform expected to be operational by 2028.
The project, unveiled on Wednesday, is designed to connect the entire port community through a single digital platform, streamlining information sharing, improving process management and enhancing operational efficiency at the Port of Maputo.
