A man has publicly accused Nigerian artist Portable of not delivering on a promotional payment of ₦1.5 million. This allegation was made during a livestream hosted by Carter Efe.
The man stated that he made the payment in November 2025, detailing his experience in attempting to get the promised promotion from Portable.

Claims Against Portable Regarding Promotion Payment
The man claims he has proof to support his accusation and expressed frustration over not receiving any promotion despite the payment made.
He described how he got Portable’s contact after engaging with him online, stating, “I got his number on his page. I give all his boys in Sango money.” He went on to detail how he drove to meet Portable in his Toyota Camry while seeking justice for the situation.
The controversy extends to Zlatan, who previously showed off a substantial bank balance, leading Portable to question the legitimacy of such wealth in Nigerian music.
The situation remains unresolved as the man seeks accountability from Portable regarding the promotional deal.
