Maputo (MOZTIMES) - Mozambican President Daniel Chapo warned on Friday of the devastating impact of illicit drug use and trafficking on young Mozambicans, describing the phenomenon as a serious threat to public health, security, social stability and economic development.
Chapo included this warning in a message addressed to the nation on the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, observed on 26 June.
