Uranium exploration company Deep Yellow Limited has appointed Jennifer Mintz as its new chief legal officer.
In this role, she will ensure strong corporate governance and regulatory compliance, Deep Yellow said in a media release on Monday.
“As Deep Yellow continues to advance its project development activities and build towards production, having strong legal and governance capability within the executive team is critical. Jennifer will play an important role supporting both management and the board as we execute the company’s next phase of growth,” chief executive officer (CEO) Greg Field said.
The appointment comes after several leadership changes in recent months.
The company announced in December that it had appointed Field as its new CEO after the unexpected departure of former CEO John Borshoff.
In November 2025, Deep Yellow also appointed Zebra Kasete as the new managing director for Namibia.
Deep Yellow is the Australian uranium company developing the Tumas uranium project in the Erongo region.
In its latest financial results, Deep Yellow said it is waiting for favourable uranium market conditions to make its final investment decision on the project.
