Concessions International, LLC (CI) announces Julian Thomas will serve as its Chief Information Technology Officer, inclusive of serving in the same position for Russell Family Enterprises and all of the other entities that fall under it. Thomas will lead enterprise technology strategy, security, and systems alignment, while managing IT operations across the organization and helping advance secure, scalable solutions that support day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
Thomas brings more than 20 years of information technology leadership experience, with a background spanning enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and core business systems. He is a results-driven executive known for aligning technology with business strategy, creating structure in complex environments, and delivering practical solutions that strengthen performance and reduce risk.

In this role, Thomas will lead IT strategy focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance across the enterprise with the CI IT team. He will manage governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, vendor management, and data integrity, while identifying practical opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve accuracy, visibility, efficiency, and service delivery.

Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He also completed executive education in Leadership and Management through The Wharton School of Business and holds certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL Foundation V3, and Certified SAFe 5 Agilist.
